Scope of Service Note:  Free Discovery Call

What this call is:
The Discovery Call is a free, informal 15-minute conversation with one of our behaviourists to help you understand our services and decide which option is right for you and your pet. It is a service information call, not a clinical appointment.  This call is for you if:

  • You’re not sure whether your pet needs one-to-one training or a behaviour consultation
  • You’d like to know more about how our services work, including costs and what to expect
  • You want to check whether we cover your area
  • You’ve been referred by your vet and want to chat through the next steps

What this call is not:
During this call, we are not able to:

  • Provide behaviour advice, training recommendations, or management strategies for your pet
  • Carry out any form of assessment or clinical triage
  • Make recommendations about medication, veterinary treatment, or referral priority
  • Provide advice that replaces a consultation with a qualified behaviourist, trainer, or vet

No clinical relationship is formed as a result of this call.

Urgent concerns:
If your pet is in immediate danger or you have an urgent welfare concern, please contact your veterinary practice directly. The Discovery Call is not an emergency service and Second Nature Behaviour does not provide emergency services.
