  • If you're looking for someone to sort out your pet's behaviour, that you know it's weird and don't have a clue why he's acting like he is, then contact Zoe. Zoe has been amazing and gone the extra mile with us. From diagnosing our newfie with anxiety to putting in practice an action plan but above all, always telling us the truth, even if it means saying to us that Nala's behaviour will take a long time to fix. Zoe has always been there to listen to my worries and to be updated on Nala's progress. I wish I had contacted Zoe a long time ago. There's still a long way ahead but every penny has been worthy and every effort put into changing Nala's behaviour (and I mean, a lot of effort - unfortunately sometimes having a dog is not only letting him out for toilet and feeding twice a day) has been made knowing we have Zoe to direct us (or change course) on the best approach.

We went into our first visit with Zoe feeling anxious and afraid that we may end up having to find a new home for one of our beloved frenchies if they didn’t stop their aggressive behaviour towards each other. Fast forward 6 months and our dogs are happier (and better behaved!) than ever and we are finally back to a place where we can relax around our dogs without fear of a fight breaking out due to jealousy. Zoe is understanding and always happy to answer any questions you may have. We are just so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!!!

Zoe is a very responsible dog trainer. Our dog Toby had been a nervous dog since he arrived England, and we had found numerous dog trainers, but they are not helpful with Toby’s situation. However, Zoe had weekly check ins with us, along with regular check ins via WhatsApp. Zoe also helped Toby with his nervousness around people, and he is a lot more calmer around others now.

  • Zoe is not only a brilliant certificated clinical animal behaviourist, but an incredibly knowledgable and supportive mentor to those currently gaining clinical experience towards CCAB accreditation. Zoe has helped me to focus in on the areas of behaviour that most interest me and that I feel I can most effectively help and support owners and their animals towards improved welfare and quality of life. She has helped me to focus on my strengths and given me the confidence to embrace and develop them. I highly recommend Zoe as a mentor.

Zoe is a great mentor. She always makes sure that I understand why we have to write certain things or not. Zoe continues to help me to increase my knowledge about dogs and English. Kyra Algazi

Brilliant! We worked with Megan who is very calm and understanding to help our nervous young staffie with sound sensitivity and fear of dogs. Would recommend them to anyone with a sensitive dog who needs compassion.

  • I cannot recommend Zoe enough. I have two German Shepherds who are extremely anxious around other dogs. Zoe gives them both so much care and attention, she even accompanied me on a dog walk to give practical help and advice for challenging situations! She is great at giving tips and tricks, training suggestions and food recommendations for my boys. Not only is Zoe amazing with the dogs but she is a lovely person to work with and made me feel at ease. The best service you can get for a reasonable price. Thank you Zoe!

These are wonderful people, really professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. They helped me during a crisis with my dog and their kind, factual, knowledgeable service was excellent. Can't recommend enough.

We were referred to Zoe by our vets as one of our greyhounds was proving difficult to settle and was reactive to other dogs, seemed to have some sort of sleep terrors and was generally proving difficult to adjust into our household. Zoe's clear methods and easy style of communication quickly put us at ease, and helped us to understand both what the dogs were saying to us and what message we were subconsciously sending to them. With a few simple techniques, easily and clearly explained, and lots of consistent practice and hard work, we now have a significantly more relaxed household and two much calmer, happier dogs. We still have occasional setbacks, but because of what we learned over 6 short months with Zoe we can very quickly reset and get back on track. We recently moved to North Devon and thanks to the improvements in behaviour, we have had the pleasure of watching the dogs running free together along the beach, something that would have been impossible previously. I would recommend Zoe without hesitation to anyone looking to better understand their dog and improve their relationship with their furry friend.

Birmingham dog training and pet behaviour counselling

Welcome to our Birmingham clinic, located in the heart of the West Midlands. We provide expert behavioural support for owners of dogs, cats, and parrots, addressing issues like anxiety, aggression, and socialisation to ensure your pets thrive.

We frequently meet dog owners at Cannon Hill Park, Sutton Park, and Lickey Hills for practical, hands-on training. Birmingham’s canal network also offers a unique setting for socialisation walks and behavioural exercises. In Highbury Park and Warley Woods, we often see vibrant ring-necked parakeets, which provide inspiration for our free-flying colourful parrot clients.

Our pet behaviourists cover all over the West Midlands

Our clinic supports the popular feline community in Kings Heath, providing specialised advice tailored to local cat owners. Serving Birmingham and areas such as Edgbaston, Moseley, Harborne, Solihull, West Bromwich, Dudley, Redditch, Walsall, Sandwell, and Bromsgrove, we understand the local environment and provide effective support. We also cover the Black Country region.

Our pet behaviourists work exclusively on vet referral, ensuring each case is thoroughly vetted and aligned with medical advice. We participate in community events and collaborate with local pet organisations to offer the best support to the Birmingham pet community. Whether you’re near the Bullring, Jewellery Quarter, or Cadbury World, our expert team is here to help.

Please note that if you are more than 20 miles away from our Birmingham Hub, then there is an additional £2/mi charge for the return journey.
