Have met Zoe from Second Nature Behaviour at home several times – at home, in a local park and on Teams chat. We didn’t know how to deal with our dog, Bertie’s anxiety, particularly with having a baby granddaughter to look after a couple of days a week, but after being shown various techniques and being given some pointers – including making a few low-cost home modifications – we now feel much more confident in being able to have both Bertie and granddaughter together. Zoe also taught us some useful techniques outdoors for dealing with situations where Bertie encounters other dogs.
