I found Megan to be extremely knowledgeable but approachable and friendly. Giving good advice followed up with data sheets and a written report. There is a large age gap between my dogs, and I was looking for support in helping them to settle and bond. Although I’d had a multiple dog household before, this was a new scenario and I wanted someone who worked on the positive/reward aspect of training and behaviour.
